Rowan’s Forest School adventure has begun! 

Rowan’s Forest School adventure has begun!  For six weeks throughout the summer Rowan is running workshops every Friday for our students in the woods at Cowhollow Forest. This is a new adventure for Rowan to give our students the opportunity to get out and about and learn new skills.  On Friday 13th July we sent along Femke Buitelaar who joined Rowan for a week of work experience. Super Fundraisers!

Super Fundraisers!  Rowan is lucky enough to be chosen as Charity of the Year for Irwin Mitchell’s Cambridge office. Since January they have organised a variety of events and activities to raise money for Rowan. In the last month they have jumped out of a plane and completed a Tough Mudder!  In June Samantha Shaw and Katie Sinclair, jumped out of the plane at 10,000 feet above Sibson Airfield, Wansford.  The two were accompanied by Mirka Anderson, whose daughter, Emma, has been coming to Rowan for 12 years!  Samantha said: “Although I was very nervous in the build up to the

Rowan Open Studios 2018

Rowan Open Studios 2018  We had a wonderful weekend for Open Studios on the 7th and 8th July. With lots of new faces through the door, artwork on sale and commissions being taken it was a lovely way to spend the weekend. A huge thank you to all of you who came along to support us. Thank you as well to our fantastic student artists, volunteers, staff and trustees who we would be lost without. Here is to another successful Open Studios weekend!
