Our workshops

Arts, crafts, drama and music have been identified as a great way to enhance the lives of people with learning disabilities. Giving someone a creative outlet can provide opportunities for self-expression and personal development.

All our workshops are led by experienced professional artists sharing their skills and expertise with our student artists.

Student artists can specialise in one area or choose to participate in a number of different workshops. Each workshop is run for 6-10 students per session, enabling students to develop their individual social and communication skills and participate in a stimulating group experience.

Rowan provides a wide range of creative workshops, so there really is something for everyone to try.
